 How can I return or exchange a Sandei product?

We offer a 7-day return policy returned or exchanged. Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging still intact. Sale items or items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.
• Timeframe: Returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards).
• Combined Returns: Returns of multiple orders or combined orders are not allowed.
